WINTERFEST BIG AIR RESULTS

Thanks to everyone who celebrated our 50th season with us this past weekend, Winterfest 50th was a blast. Competition was stiff as both the Ski and Board Pro divisions had several riders stomping inverted rotations. First place in both pro divisions walked away with $200 and some hardware for their mantle. Big thanks to Ohio Dreams for putting another smile on a riders face with an all expenses paid trip to their week long Action Sports Camp. The rest of the podium received bags stuffed with prizes from ARMADA, NEFF, NOMIS, SOUND, CAPITAL PARK & SKULL CANDY.

Capital Park Repeats as Midwest's Favorite Terrain Park in 2011

Mad River Mountain's Capital Park, has been voted the Midwest's favorite terrain park for the second consecutive season. The passion and dedication of the Capital Park Crew to ride the best park possible each and every day of the season is only the half of it. The other half goes out to everyone who took the time to leave a review at OnTheSnow.com, letting the world know about your experiences. Thanks for the continued support.

Our Family

You may or may not know but Capital Park is a little sister to Big Boulder Park in the Poconos of Pennsylvania and Carinthia at Mount Snow (home of 100 acres of terrain and the largest park system East of the Rockies). Capital Park will be seeing some new features coming our way this season as we continue to add more fun to keep our parks fresh. After Capital Park's inception in 2009, it was voted the Midwest’s top terrain park for both the 2010 and 2011 seasons by OnTheSnow.com. The park offers innovative features, proper snow maintenance, and an inventory of over 60 features. The dedication and expertise of our park crew allows Capital Park to exceed all expectations skiers and snowboarders have of Mid-West park riding.
