Working at Mad River Mountain is fun because of the family-oriented and exciting atmosphere. Plus, employees get to ski, snowboard, and tube for free! All applicants must be 16 years or older and those under 18 must receive a Work Permit. Both full- and part-time positions are available. MRM will start accepting applications in October and can be flexible with available hours.

Pay

  • Employees are paid per hour based on their employee status.
  • Employees are paid every two weeks.

Bussing tables, sweeping, general cleaning
Rental
Distributing rental equipment
Lift Operation
Monitoring lifts, lines, and customers on the lifts
Snowmaking
Operating snow guns to produce snow
Outside Operations
General maintenance of buildings, lifts, and machines
Snow Pros
Teaching skiing or snowboarding to customers
Ski Patrol
Volunteering to monitor the mountain and address accidental and safety situations
