AVALANCHE TUBING PARK

Avalanche Tubing Park, newly constructed in 2006, features its own parking lot, lodge, runs, and lifts. The Timberline Lodge is equiped with restrooms and food service with seating both inside and outside around the fire pit. No special equipment required and snow tubes are provided with each ticket. Avalanche Tubing Park features TWO uphill carpet lifts for easy access to the top of all 10 runs. Tickets are valid for two hours from time of purchase.

MAD MONEY
Mad Money is like a gift card or a pre-paid services account managed by Mad River Mountain. It works similar to a bank debit card except that cash cannot be withdrawn. You simply put money in your account and then present the card to any of the selected sales stations throughout the Resort, such as the Ect. Shop and the restaurant. We have found that these types of cards are popular with students and families alike. In short, Mad Money is a service provided by Mad River to make your life easier. Simplify your life. Great for families and students or for a gift.

MIDNIGHT MADNESS
Mad River Mountain is the place to be on the weekends! Stay out late, enjoy the slopes, and have fun with your friends. It's the coolest late-night party around! Not only can you ski or ride the same slopes as during the day, but you also get lower prices. Check it out every Friday and Saturday night from 10:30pm to 3am. Don't miss Perpetual Madness* and holiday dates for extended Midnight Madness sessions.

* Perpetual Madness is Midnight Madness every night from 12/19/2008 - 1/4/2009.

SKI CHECK
Drop off your skis or board while you are taking a break from the slopes and our associates will watch them. The Ski Check will be open Monday-Thursday from 5:00pm-9:00pm, Friday from 5:00pm-2:00am, and Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 11am-2am. Store your equipment for $.50 per use or add it to your season pass for only $1.

CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS
Join us in the Kids Zone of Adventure Place. Whether the kids have been to the slopes or not, we have something for everyone. It is the best way for kids to both learn and have a great time. Adventure Place Programs are available on weekends and holidays.

COIN-OPERATED LOCKERS
These small to mid-sized hourly lockers are located in the "Den," the west end, ground level of the Lodge and in our Rental Building. The lockers take quarters and are $1. A change machine is available in the Rental Building. Seasonal lockers are also available in the Black Diamond Room.

CARE CENTER
If you need some basics, bandaid, diaper, kleenex, we are here to help! The Care Center is located on the upper level of the Administrative Building (above the Ticket Windows).

COMFORT SLOW ZONES
Family friendly trails and areas, that help to encourage new skills. Slow and easy is the speed. Located on Summit, Valley View, and Sundowner trails, as well as the Learning Area and are marked with an orange banner.

THE ETC. APPAREL SHOP
Forget something? We probably have it here. The Etc. Shop is located in the Mad River Lodge. You will find a good variety of accessories and logo clothing for both skiing and snowboarding. Among items offered are gloves, helmets, t-shirts and sweatshirts, goggles, sunglasses. Come here to get your Mad River Mountain gear! The Etc. Shop is open daily during the season.

GAME ROOM
For those who prefer to entertain themselves indoors, you can find hours of amusement with the latest and greatest video games. Located in the "Den" of the Mad River Lodge.

FOOD SERVICES
Whether you are in the mood for some homemade pizza and a beer up in the Loft or for a burger and some hot cocoa downstairs in the Café, we have the right combo for you. Menu items are prepared fresh daily and are of the finest quality we can find. We accept cash, Mad Money, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express in both dining areas.

Do you have a big family, and lots of friends? You are in luck! We offer great incentives for groups of 15 or more people. SNOW ASSURANCE
Because we care and we want you to have the best experience possible! Our snow is so good, we offer this assurance:

• Buy a daily or session lift ticket and ski or ride for an hour.
• If you are not happy with the snow conditions, return your lift ticket within that hour of purchase to the Administrative Office.
• We'll give you a same-type ticket voucher entitling you to a return visit within the same season. (1 Time Use Only)

SKI/SNOWBOARD RENTAL SHOP
A full service rental facility open during lift hours. State-of-the-art skis, snowboards, snow blades, ski and snowboard boots, and poles will get you well on your way to better performance on the slopes. Located next to the Administrative Building.
