THE RESORT AND TUBING PARK'S LAST DAY OF THE SEASON

The resort will be open for the last day of business Sunday March 23rd. We will offer pond skimming, new jumps in the park and raffle style giveaways for our customer appreciation bonus weekend. All day lift tickets are $35 and evening lift tickets are $21 beginning at 5pm.

LOTS OF NEW TUBING PICTURES!

 

Lots of new pictures of the Avalanche Tubing Park have been posted in the photo gallery. Make sure you check the gallery often because pictures are added all of the time!

AVALANCHE TUBING PARK OPEN

The Avalanche Tubing Park is open and both carpet lifts are operating; doubling uphill capacity. Make sure to visit the park- $20 on weekends and holidays, $15 on non-holiday weekdays.

2007/08 SEASON STARTS

MRM will be opening the slopes at 4pm on Friday, December 7. Make sure you don't miss out on the fun!

WINTER'S HERE!

Temperatures have finally started to drop and this morning (11/29) MRM turned on our snow guns! Check out our snow cams for live video and sign up for our email newsletter to stay updated on a projected opening.

WINTER'S COMING!

With a light sprinkling of snow here at MRM today, it looks like winter is finally on its way. In fact, two of Mad River's sister resorts have already opened. Check out Jack Frost/Big Boulder in Pennsylvania, Attitash and Crotched Mountain in New Hampshire, and Mount Snow in Vermont.

AVALANCHE TUBING PARK

Get ready to enjoy our snow tubing facility twice as much! Because of the popularity of our new tubing park during the 2006-07 season, we have added a second carpet lift to move you up the hill.

DISCOUNTED WEEKDAY TICKETS

Now you can buy a weekday ticket valid from 10am-4pm for only $20! You can also get a weekday snowtubing ticket for $15!

MRM ON FACEBOOK

Facebook has been popular for some time now and MRM is proud to announce that you can now get all of the latest information and updates on the Mad River Mountain Facebook Group. Sign up and join all the "cool kids." You can also become a friend of Mad River Mountain!

Master The Mountain passes are on sale now! Contact your group advisor for your login information. Advisors should contact the Group Sales office for your new login information.

OFFICE HOURS

During the off-season Mad River Mountain is open from 8am-4pm Monday-Thursday.

PEAK RESORTS EXPANSION

In the Spring of this year Peak Resorts Inc., owner/operator of Mad River Mountain, finalized the purchase of 2 ski areas in the New England area. Mount Snow (VT) and Attitash (NH) have now been added to the list of ski areas owned by Peak Resorts Inc.

2006 EXPANSION

In 2006 MRM completed a $2.5 million expansion that included

  • Brand New Avalanche Tubing Park
  • Beginner Terrain Park
  • 32 New Snow Guns
