Monday-Friday, Non-Holiday hours: 10am-9:30pm Saturday, Sunday, Holiday, and Holiday Period hours: 9am-9:30pm Midnight Madness, Fridays, Saturdays, and Holidays hours: 10:30pm-3:00am For a detailed list of regular hours and holiday hours, visit the "Hours of Operation" page.

Mad River Mountain is open for skiing and snowboarding 7 days and nights per week from December through March, depending on weather and skier interest.

 

1. Holidays include the period from Dec. 19, 2008 thru Jan. 4, 2009, Jan. 16, 2009 Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Jan. 19, 2009), Feb. 13, 2009 and Presidents' Day (Feb. 16, 2008).
2. Junior: ages 7-12, Senior ages 65-74
3. The XTreme ticket covers 2 sessions, PM and Midnight. There is a 1 hour break from 9:30pm-10:30pm.
4. Available only non-holiday. Not available when Monday is a holiday (Jan. 18, 2009 and Feb. 15, 2009)

 

MILITARY DISCOUNT

Mad River Mountain is proud of the United States Military and to show our appreciation for protecting our freedom we are now offering active military members an all-inclusive package (ticket, rental and lesson) for $5 with a current military ID. We are also extending our Military Discount to include non-active military and immediate family members (dependents and spouses) who can purchase a lift ticket for 50%. A valid military ID/paperwork for active and inactive military and their dependents and spouses must be provided for all purchases. This discount may only be used once per day. Please stop by the Administrative Office above the Ticket Office to purchase your lift ticket or call the Office at 937-599-1015 for more information.

Please note that this discount does not apply to any other purchases, such as season passes or Book of Five. ROTC, Civilians working for the government and Department of Defense employees are not included in this program.

SNOW ASSURANCE

Because we care and we want you to have the best experience possible; our snow is so good, we offer this assurance:

• Buy a daily or session lift ticket and ski or ride for an hour.
• If you are not happy with the snow conditions, return your lift ticket within that hour of purchase to the Care Office, on the upper level of the Administrative Building.
• We'll give you a voucher for the same type ticket entitling you to a return visit within the same season. (Some restrictions apply)

HELPFUL INFORMATION

Lift tickets and rental can be upgraded to be valid for the next session for $10 each (AM Lift Ticket to All Day Lift Ticket or PM Lift Ticket to Xtreme Lift Ticket).

LIFT TICKET POLICIES

Mad River Mountain is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and may void a ticket for inappropriate conduct by the holder. Check out Your Responsibility Code. Lift Tickets are not for resale and are non-transferable under Ohio's Theft of Services Laws. Lift tickets are non-refundable, choose your purchases carefully. PM and After/Work tickets are special discounts for adults. Junior tickets are not affected and receive no additional discounts. PM and After/Work tickets are also not available for group discounts. Mad River has the final say on any and all lift ticket policies, discounts, or programs.
